All sales are final unless a major fudge up on my part.
I'm doing my best to use all environmentally friendly or reused packaging for my items. I also make the utmost effort to make sure all my products are packaged well and that they leave me in good condition. If you unfortunately receive something damaged in the post, message me asap with photos of said item to [email protected] and I will see what can be done.
Please bear in mind that everything I sell is handmade and as a result will not be uniformly perfect and could possibly have slight quirks because I have sausage fingers and lack the cold souless precision of a robot.
Shipping
Unfortunately, at present I can only offer UK shipping.
In order to keep postage costs to a minimum I send all orders via Royal Mail with either 48hr tracked or 2nd class signed for (Strikes permitting!).
Please select the correct shipping for your items. There's three options to choose from 1. Ceramics/trinkets and jewellery (basically anything 3d)
2. Print/stickies and stationery (anything 2d)
3. Just stickers.
If, for example, you have ordered ceramics (3d) AND stickers (2d) you will be charged the higher amount for shipping.
Some larger or more cumbersome ceramics have an added override postage fee. This is only because they weigh more and consequently cost more to post.
Sometimes ceramics will be double boxed to avoid breakages.
All packaging used is recyclable and/or reused material which makes for some interesting looking parcels in the post, but the main points of my packaging is to get your items to you in one piece at an affordable cost for everyone, including the planet. I'm also trying to keep plastics to a minimum. Any bubblewrap or polystyrene has definitely been reused.
Orders will be shipped out within 2-7 business days and if you have provided your email address I will send a notification email once dispatched.
